She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Messmer and Mary Messmer (Maxwell); her husband Cornelius Bailey Jones; her brother Earl Messmer (Rosanna); and her son-in-law William Janes.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Janes, David Jones and Linda Newby (Steve); her brother Duane Messmer; her grandchildren, Scott Janes, Bonnie Cathcart (Daniel), Brian Janes (Julie), Rachel Janes, Cindy Newby and Sharon Ennis (James); her great grandchildren, Chris Janes, Ben Janes, Sydney Cathcart, Addison Cathcart, Lucas Janes, Colin Janes, Charlotte Janes, Stevie Newby, Jordan Ennis (Leigh), Ethan Ennis and Brody Ennis; and her great great grandchildren, Sophia Ennis and Remi Ennis.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Gladys' memory may be made to Morgan County 4H Council or Morgan County Fair Board.
