He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Utter and Georgia Utter (Hamm); and his siblings, Gary Utter and Joyce Bales. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Utter (Latham); his children, Todd Utter (Murad) and Traci McKinney (Ricky); his stepchildren, Ricky Groves (Lori), Dale Groves (Kathy) and Tina Wools (Jerry); and his sisters, Phyllis Richardson, Shirley Malcom and Carolyn Burkhart. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
