He was predeceased by: his parent Sara Rosalie Pack Johnston. He is survived by: his parent Phillip Allen Johnston; his stepmother Bettie Johnston; his sons, Trevor Johnston of Tennessee, Phillip Johnston of Tennessee and Preston Johnston of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Adalyn Sparks, Liam Sparks and Hope Sparks; and his siblings, Michael, Patrick, Teresa Hill, Massey Hill of Martinsville, Joy Hill, Klein Hill of Ohio and Sara Hill of Florida. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
