He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Dean Edwards and Pauline Elizabeth Edwards (Owens); and his brother Steve "Shorty" Edwards. He is survived by: his son Cody Edwards of Indianapolis; and his brother Ed Edwards (Lisa) of Martinsville.
