He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice P. Curtis and Bessie Marie Curtis (Ratts); and his brother Mark D. Curtis. He is survived by: his brothers, Robert Curtis (Sherry) of Greencastle and Dwight Curtis (Kathy) of Carmel; and his sister-in-law Brenda Curtis of Martinsville.
