He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert McKinley and Margaret McKinley (Carter); and his brother Steven McKinley. He is survived by: his wife Victoria L. McKinley (Wozniak); his children, Lisa, Joe, Jeff, Melinda and Adam; and his sister Sharon Chastain.
