He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Ring and Ima Ring (Garner); his son Chad Ring; and his siblings, Wayne Ring and Donna Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Ring; his children, Shelley Rae (Patty), Steven Cannon (Shellie), Tammy Mihalcsik (Ron), Teri Cannon (Tom), Lora Ring McCormick (Mike) and Charlie Cannon (Lynn); and his brother John Ring. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
