She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Otis and Elsie Lee Pearl Strunk (Malone); and her siblings, Lucy, Linda, Tom, James, Kathy and Tricia.
She is survived by: her close friend Liz; her pets, Solomon and Miss Lucy; her husband Frederick "Fred" Terrell of Martinsville; her children, Rev. Shelly Anne Zook (Robert) of Amo and William "Bill" Terrell of Martinsville; her grandchildren, Kevin Kindle of Martinsville, James Barber of Martinsville and Elizabeth Greene (Devlin); her great grandchild Johnathan of Wabash; and her sister Helen Adkins (David) of Spencer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Kidney Society, through the funeral home.
