He is survived by: his children, Lewis Johnson of Martinsville, Roger Johnson (Maria) of Martinsville, Mary Ann Frame (Pat) of Martinsville, Nancy Maxwell (Chris) of Martinsville and Charles Johnson (Chizuko); his grandchildren, Benjamin Frame (Jill), Emily Wilhite (Ryan), Aliza Frame (Loutfi Jirari), Rachel Pieper (Andy), Adam Maxwell (Amy), Carmen Shone (Devin) and Mark Johnson; his great grandchildren, Nolan, Vera Frame, Vedia Medina, Russell, Madeleine Wilhite, Keziah, Henry, Anton, Carl Pieper, Abigail, Asher Maxwell, Mila and Xavier Shone; his son Fredrick McDonald; his wife Kay; his great grandchild Ed "Grandpa"; and his brother Corporation.
