She is survived by: her granddaughters, Carol Lisa Kalka of Martinsville and Rhonda Lynn Yeatts (Christopher) of San Antonio, TX; her daughter-in-law Jean Collins of Martinsville, IN; her great grandchildren, Clint Kalka (Samantha), Amber Kalka Ford (Douglas), Matthew Lafata, Lena Sorrell and Chelsea Moore; and her great great grandchildren, Erin Dawn, Ella Grace, Hadassah Ford and Nicholas Odin Kalka.
