We bid farewell to Dwight Wehner of Martinsville, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 24, 2024 at the age of 77. Dwight touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Dwight may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dwight touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Wehner and Erlene Wehner of Madison, Indiana.. He is survived by: his wife Jean Wehner; his children, David Wehner (Katrina) and Jennifer Coon (Brian); and his grandchildren, Gavin Coon, Brayden Coon and Alice Wehner.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. John's United Church of Christ (7031 S East St, Indianapolis, IN 46227). A memorial service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. John's United Church of Christ.
