He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Quakenbush and Mary Hancock (Payton). He is survived by: his wife Zella Quakenbush (Richardson) of Martinsville; his sons, Shane Quakenbush of Indianapolis, Dunson Quakenbush (Shanda) of Martinsville and Douglas Quakenbush (Jennifer) of Paragon; his sister Debbie Sheeks of Martinsville; his grandchildren, Haley, Tina, Mariah, Christopher, Brandon Quakenbush, Cain, Amy Rose and Lilly Schnurpel; and his great grandchildren, Sage, Remi and Kai Quakenbush.
