It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris G. Simpson (Martinsville, Indiana), born in Somerset, Kentucky, who passed away on July 25, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Colonel Mark and Myrtle G. Ridener (Trett); her husband Larry Simpson; her sons, Timothy Ray Simpson, Richard Simpson and Russell Soots; and her siblings, Clyde, Ernest, Homer, Vernon, Donald Ridener, Mildred Faye Creech and Joyce Ridener.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Simpson (Angie) of Martinsville, Donna Hutchison (Terry) of Martinsville and Debbie McBride (Wayne) of Martinsville; and her siblings, Donnes Ridener (Marie) of Martinsville, Gary Wayne Ridener (Crystal) of Martinsville, Judy Green of Martinsville and Betty Bowling of Tampa, FL. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 42 great grandchildren.
