It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Walter Blondell Sr. of Martinsville, Indiana, born in Saint Charles, Virginia, who passed away on January 24, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Mae Blondell (Finns) and Coy Blondell; his daughter Kimberly Lane; his sister Doris Robert; and his granddaughter Jessica Lynn Royal.

He is survived by: his wife Laura "Kay" Blondell of Martinsville; his children, Theaetta Royal (Jerry) of Machesney Park, Illinois and Donald Blondell Jr. (Gina) of Martinsville; his brothers, Darrell Blondell (Betty) of Jefferson City and David Blondell (Donna) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Michael Royal, Joshua Lane (Kim), Vanessa Lane Dillon (Robert), Tyler Blondell (Ashley), Bailey Callon (Michael) and Jordan Blondell (Kayla); and his great grandchildren, Arianna Royal, Serenity Pease, Kalen Pease, Dalen Lane, Korbyn Pease, Kamden Callon, Dawson Lane, Joey Blondell, Lyviair Callon, Ameila Blondell, Deylah Lane, Landry Callon and Mason Blondell.

Due to COVID restrictions, family and invited friends will gather on Thursday, January 28, 2021 in the chapel at Neal & Summers Funeral and Cremation in Martinsville.
