He is survived by: his granddaughter Madison; his wife Norma Jean Neal (Campbell) of Martinsville; his children, Jeff Neal (Leah) and Jennifer Pineda (Sam) of Martinsville; his siblings, Janet McCarty of Plainfield, IN, Patricia Clark (Melvin) of Martinsville and Jerry Neal (Sherry) of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Kayla Shepherd (David) of Bowling Green, IN, Tyler Neal (Morgan) of Paragon, IN and Levi Collins of Martinsville; and his great grandchildren, Dayton and Sadie.

Due to COVID restrictions, the family has chosen to have private services.
