She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest Maxwell and Martha Maxwell; and her siblings, Cleon, Leon, Verle, Dale, Melvin, Merrill Maxwell and Sonoma Wood.
She is survived by: her child Jerry of Indianapolis; her son-in-law Jeff; her sons, Ryan, Adam (Rachel) and Justin; her granddaughters, Isabelle and Lillian; her daughter-in-law Molly; her granddaughters, Anna (Shane Kelly) and Caroline (Max Gaegauf); and her siblings, Kathleen Paul, Sue Hess, Karen McGinnis (Jerry) and Larry Maxwell (Susie). She is also survived by her husband, children, or grandchildren.
