He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Jiles Ray Mullins and Thelma Mullins; and his sisters, Katherine L. Mullins and Roberta Mosley. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Kinley Mullins; his daughter Carlee Swafford of Gosport; his granddaughter Emalee Dawn Blevins; his siblings, Jiles E. Mullins (Sue) of North Vernon and Ramona Bosnyak (John) of Columbus; and his brother-in-law Bill Mosley of North Vernon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
