We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2021, at the age of 22, Devan Vaughn Ferran of Martinsville, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his uncle Steffan Paris; his grandparents, Jay, Betty Ferran and Vaughn Paris; and his great-grandparent Richard Parmerlee.

He is survived by: his parents, Teddy Ferran of Bedford and Steffanie Ferran (Paris) of Martinsville; his siblings, Shelby Ferran of Martinsville, Chelsie Ferran of Bedford and Tyler Ferran of Bedford; his grandmother Vicki Mitchell of Franklin; and his great-grandparents, Margretha and Wendell Tuttle of Tennessee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncle.
