He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Bush; his sons, David Wayne Hamilton of Martinsville, Bill Hamilton of Martinsville and Chad Lakers (Christine) of Indianapolis; and his sisters, Donna of Belleville, IN., Judy Akers (Ralph) of Belleville, IN. and Cheryl Summers of Belleville, IN.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
