He is survived by: his mother Beverly June Tingle (Selzer) of Indianapolis; his wife Kimberle Lynn Tingle (Hovious); his children, Ryan Scott (Stacey) of Paragon and Amy Foxworthy of Mooresville; his sisters, Diana Henson (Dale) of Indianapolis and Donna Kukman (Jim) of Thomasville, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Cade Scott, Wyatt Scott, Corbin Flowers and Lucy Foxworthy.
