He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Catherine Doss (Bud) and Shiela Scott; his siblings, Marylyn Hendrickson, Rose Hutton (David), Iona "Buzz" Ortiz, Diana Skomp (Alvin), Mary Jones, Lee Ham and Lorri Starner (Neal); his grandchildren, Ashley Rene and Marc Christopher; his great grandchildren, Lailani Rene and Stormi Charlene; his pets, Hangover, Nelly and Bonnie; his parents, Muriel Ham and Harold Ham; his wife Dicie Ham; his siblings, Lisa Couch, Patricia "Tish" O'Connor, Richard "Dick" Ham, William "Willy" Ham, Robert "Bob" Ham and John Michael Ham; his son-in-law Lonnie Scott; his brother-in-law Johnny Jones; his nieces and nephews, Tina Church, Rachel Wurster, John Ham Jr. and Joseph Ham; and his uncle Jim. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
