It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dana Crusenberry Md (Martinsville, Indiana), born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on June 28, 2020, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Enos. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Griffin (Duncan); his wife Tammy D. Crusenberry (Roe) of Martinsville; his stepfather Rick Griffin of Martinsville; his children, Dylan Crusenberry (Samantha) of Ellettsville, IN, Kyle Crusenberry of Martinsville, Cierra Peters (Michael) of Terre Haute, IN, Justin Scruggs (Sebrina) of Orange Park, FL, Dusty Stierwalt (Hannah) of Camby, IN and Blake Navel of Martinsville; his siblings, Enos Dotson of Trafalgar, Janette Drennan and Jennifer Griffin of Martinsville; and his grandchildren, Bailey, Forrest Scruggs and Ella Crusenberry.
