He was predeceased by: his father Larry D. Myers. He is survived by: his mother Joy Ann Myers (Bolin); his children, Christy Cash (Jeremiah), Israel Myers (Kara), Jeremiah Myers, Halie Choate (Dutch) and Kason Myers; his sister Bridget Lowry (Kevin); his grandchildren, Kolton Ford, Kelsey Martinez, Bradon Myers, Brasen Hatton, Tyler Rogers and Emily Liter; his great grandchildren, Everett Martinez and Clair Martinez; his nephew Ryan Myers (Amie); his great-nieces, Rylee Myers, Chloe Myers and Gwen Myers; and his close friend Andrew "Mudslinger" Morrison.
