She is survived by: her daughter Melanie; her husband Glenn Eugene Flatt of Martinsville; her children, Kim Walls (Tom) of Martinsville, Kevin Flatt of Franklin and Mike Flatt (Carrie) of Bloomington; her grandchildren, Niki, Tommy Walls of Martinsville, Cole and Morgan Flatt of Bloomington; her great grandchildren, Stevie and Kollyns; her siblings, Janet Piepho, Bev Moyer and Herman (Nancy); and her pet Teddy.
