She is survived by: her children, John Bolin of Indianapolis, Steven Bolin of Martinsville and Kimberly Preslik of Martinsville; her stepchildren, Dean Bolin of Martinsville and Evelyn Burpo of Martinsville; her sister Vivian Huff of Franklin; her grandchildren, Nicholas Harrell, Brandi Harrell and Eric Preslik; her caregiver Denise Vaness; and her pet Miss Kitty. She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
