It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles William Cooksey of Martinsville, Indiana, who passed away on October 1, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Cooksey and Iva Cooksey (Bales); his wife Sharon (Foltz); his children, Sara Sturgeon (Lane) of Bloomington, John Cooksey (Lisa) of Cloverdale and April Cooksey of Grayslake, IL.; his grandchildren, Courtney Jarrett (Jayson), Chris Sturgeon (Polly), Carey LaBella (Jason), Chanel Stickles (Clint), Mike Cooksey (Megan), Ethan Cooksey (Allyson), Franklin Cooksey (Jennifer) and Kate Cooksey; his great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Beau, Alex, Eli, Abel, Theo, Dorothy, Rosie, Anders and Gideon; his sister-in-law Hildegard Cooksey; and his siblings, Emma Jane Buis and Robert Cooksey.
