He was predeceased by: his mother Connie Geraldine; his stepfather Dave Burton; and his father Charles Walter Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Janis Hoffman; his children, David Hoffman (Victor Carbajal), Pamela Hoffman and Sarah Bogan (Colin); his siblings, Carol Chapman, Mary Wing and Greg Hoffman; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Lauren, Alexandra and Kaitlyn.
