He was predeceased by: his parents, Farmer Fields and Claudia Mae Fields (Stidham); and his brothers, Ricky, David, Ronnie and Carlos Fields.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Fields (Eversole); his children, Linda C. Arsenault of Martinsville, Charlene Fields of Martinsville, Kenneth Fields (Debbie) of Brown County and Danny Walker (Lisa) of Martinsville; his brother Darrell Fields of Hazard, Kentucky; and his sister-in-law Tinsey Rode (John) of Martinsville. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center (179 E Mulberry St, Morgantown, IN 46160). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in Charlie's honor to the Alzheimer's Association, 50 E. 91st.
