He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Ray Dawson and Velma Stringer (Conley). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Dawson of Martinsville; his children, Brian Parks (Atha) of Rochdale, Jason Dawson of Indianapolis and Heather Parks (Michael Krebs) of Rochdale; his grandchildren, Joshua Parks (Brittany), Shandi Krebs, Bryson Richardson, Bailey Dawson, Jeremy Dawson, Ryan Dawson and Brittany Sink (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Isaiah Parks, Able Sink and Harley Sink.
