It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Pearcy of Martinsville, Indiana, who passed away on October 16, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Nixon and Mary L. Nixon (Lory); and her siblings, John E. Nixon and Lily M. Walker. She is survived by: her children, James "Jim" Burt of Martinsville and Betty S. Rodgers of Martinsville; and her sister Judith Hamilton. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
