It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Abner (Martinsville, Indiana), who passed away on May 21, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Hicks and Ollie Hicks (Harris); her son Virgil Abner; and her siblings, Lloyd, Carl Hicks and Ada Qusanelli.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Burns (Danny), Debbie Goodnight (Al) of Martinsville and Michael Abner (Judy) of Greenwood; and her grandchildren, Danielle English (Joe), Kristy Prosser (Eric) of Martinsville, Michelle Newton (Bill) of Bloomington, Kimi Taylor (Scott) of Maryland, Laura Taylor of Tennessee, James Abner (Angel) of Indianapolis and Jeff Cory of Utah. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
