He was predeceased by: his father Crawford Eugene; his son Devin Todd Cramer; and his siblings, Clarence Eugene "Gene" Cramer and Janice Kay Skaggs. He is survived by: his wife Kay Cramer (Eve) of Indianapolis; his children, Timothy Scott Cramer (Mary) of Indianapolis and Angela Christine Cramer of Indianapolis; his daughter-in-law Vicki Cramer of Indianapolis; his brothers, Wayne Cramer of Martinsville and Ronald "Ronnie" Cramer of San Diego, CA; his grandchildren, Michael Ryan, Matthew Allen and Alexis Nicole Cramer; and his great grandchildren, Samantha, Kiley and Finley Cramer.
