With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anna Lee Anderson of Martinsville, Indiana, born in Pennington Gap, Virginia, who passed away on February 6, 2025 at the age of 90. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Anna Lee leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Anna Lee may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her children, Glenn E. and Mark A. Anderson; and her sister Linda Katherine Robbins. She is survived by: her children, Emily J. Parsons (Rogers), Larry E. Anderson (Connie) of Nashville, L. Scott Anderson (Denise) of Monterey, Darrell G. Anderson of Martinsville, Elizabeth "Libby" A. Sullivan (Harold) of Martinsville and Linda Sue Anderson of Martinsville; and her sister Mary R. Aspenson of Nashville, Indiana. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, thirty-two great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the River Valley Chrisitian Church (4295 Egbert Rd, Martinsville, IN 46151). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New South Park Cemetery (139 E Poston Rd, Martinsville, IN 46151).
