He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arvine Delin "Dobbin" and Karen Mae Carter (Lester) of Martinsville; his children, Andrea Carter of Greenwood, Emerie Carter of Bloomington, Andrew Carter of Martinsville and Beck Carter of Indianapolis; his siblings, Walker Carter (Chasity) of Martinsville, Joseph Carter (Destiny) of Martinsville, Geneil Ison (Phil) of Bloomington, Delaina Curl (Johnny) of English, IN, Amanda Carter (Glen Wilkerson) of Martinsville, Emily Herring (Dallas) of Monrovia and Rebekah Carter of Martinsville; and his granddaughter Remington Jean Stephens of Bloomington. He was also cherished by his family and friends.
