He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Arthur and Iris Arthur (Ratts); his wife Bertha Louise Arthur (Tumey); his grandson Todd A. Massey; and his siblings, Richard, Keith, Kenny, Dwight Arthur and Betty Duncan.
He is survived by: his daughter Janice; his son-in-law Jerry Massey of Martinsville; his granddaughter Chantel Kruszynski (Steve) of Speedway, IN; his great grandchildren, Bradley Kruszynski, Brittany Garard (Chris), Tasha Massey (Nathaniel Clift) and Megan Williams; and his siblings, Bill Arthur (Janet) of Paragon and Linda Thacker (Danny) of Martinsville.
