It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alan James Radtke of Martinsville, Indiana, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on March 4, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Joseph Radtke and Catherine Sylvias Petkiewicz (Durnin); his brother Joseph; and his siblings-in-law, Judith Radtke, Richard Rader, John Zarzycki and Jack Millette.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Radtke (Mary) of Syracuse, NY, Brian Radtke (Samantha) of Camby, IN, Izzy Long (J. D.) of Martinsville, IN and Emily Gwaltney of Indianapolis, IN; his siblings, Jack Radtke (Lynn) of Glendale Heights, IL, Mary Rader of Greenwood, IN and Kathleen Millette of Tinley Park, IL; and his grandchildren, Nikolai, Isabella, Jordyn and Aubree. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The Radtke family is requesting that contributions be made in lieu of flowers in Alan's memory to either the St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, 1709 E. Harrison Street, Martinsville, IN, 46151 or the Morgan County Humane Society, 690 W. Mitchell Ave., Martinsville, IN 46151.
