He was predeceased by: his parents, Furman G. Seward and Doris Lientz Seward; his wife Elizabeth Ann "Betty" Clouse; and his siblings, Ella Meadows, Darlene Cozad, Doris Seward and Lee Seward (Lucy).
He is survived by: his sons, David B. Seward of Veedersburg and Daniel B. Seward (Kelli) of Marshall; his grandchildren, Kendall Bruner (Tommy), Josh Seward of Attica, Alex Seward (Ashlynn) of Rob Roy, Delanie Marshall (Seth) of Rockville, Dakota Seward (Emma) of Rob Roy, Dawson Seward of Marshall and Rheann Seward of Rob Roy; and his great grandchildren, Caiden, Zayde, Beckett of Lakyn, C. J., Eli and Zeke. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
