He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Dugger and Olive Dugger; and his sister Anna Kay Goldstein. He is survived by: his wife Diane S. Dugger; his children, Jim Wirth (Franka Addler), Max Jr. Dugger (Lindy) and Candy Jones (Todd); his grandchildren, Morgan Dugger (Boden Becker), Hallie Jones (Cam Helderman), Cole Jones, Taylor Dugger, Kayleb Price, Natalie Jones (Evan James), Ethan York (Lindsay) and Kalen York (Kelsey); his great grandchildren, Amelia, Wyatt York, Maren and Colin York; his siblings, Alan Dugger of Clinton and Glenda Massey of Phoenix, AZ; his siblings-in-law, Ginny and Jim Lewzader; and his pet Maggie. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and many other special family member.
