She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Francis Arthur and Ollie Long (Johnson); her husband Clark H. Dare; her parents-in-law, Jim and Margaret Dare; and her siblings, Glenn, Arthur "Junior" Long, Betty Geible, Doris Lamborn and Grace Hutchings.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pam, Marsha Ann Reese (Gene) of Walkerton and Pamela Ann McMahan of Walkerton; and her great grandchild Scott Eugene (Ingrid).
