He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Adair and June Warren Adair; and his sisters, Carolyn Adair and Connie Wittenmyer. He is survived by: his siblings, Phyllis Warner (Nolan) of Crawfordsville, Martha Adair of Crawfordsville and Carl Adair (Sue) of Eureka, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
