She was predeceased by: her father Albert Clem; her stepfather Jerry Grady; her father-in-law Robert Cotten Sr.; her aunt Janet Clark; and her sister Kelly Sue.
She is survived by: her mother Susan Grady of Covington; her children, Thomas Wesley Cotten Jr. (Sarah) of Parke County and Timothy Wayne Cotten (Ginger) of Parke County; her husband Thomas W. Cotten of Marshall; her mother-in-law Rita Cotten of Yeddo; her grandchildren, Kandyse, Robert, Savannah, Leland Cotten of Parke County and Jaythan Cotten of Yeddo; her half-sisters, Jennifer Grady of Rockville and Louisa Elliot of Covington; and her siblings-in-law, David, Phillip, Bill, Dwayne, Todd, Brenda, Rita Anne, Kim, Tina and Terri. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Social distancing is expected and masks are required.
