She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wilburn and Josephine Peterson Wilburn; her husband Larry Leverenz; and her granddaughter Tesa Capps-Shelton. She is survived by: her children, Pam Ciampaglia (Oscar) of Indianapolis, Valori Newcomb (Chris) of Marshall and Larry Leverenz (Debbie) of Terre Haute. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
