He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis H. Shelley and Rhonda Jo Shelley (Harless). He is survived by: his son Conlan Shelley; his siblings, James H. Shelley, Karen Shelley, Jeff Shelley (Casey), Diana Miller (Justin) and Rhonda L. Shelley (Brett); his grandparents, Robert and Laura Harless; and his nieces and nephews, Veda, Madison, Jase, Makala, Ellaina, Mila, Raylan, Vivian and Rigden.
