He is survived by: his wife Judith Burgette (Diane); his children, Jonathan Burgette (Kaylee), Jennifer Milligan (Ryan) and Robbie A. Burton; his grandchildren, Jaden, Brennen, Kalyn, Klare, Gage, Taylor, Nevaeh and Summer; and his great grandchild Alayia Lynn.
