Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Marna Lou leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Surber and Nellie Gilley (Adams). She is survived by: her lifelong mate Arthur L. "Sonny" Miller of Wilkinson; her nephews, Ferrell Adams (Angela) of Kentucky, Clint and Carey Robertson of Markleville; and her niece Mariah Steger (Donny) of Anderson. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews; and two great-great nieces; and three half sisters.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Condo Chapel (130 S Main St, Wilkinson, IN 46186). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
