He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Wes and Ruth Wortman. He is survived by: his wife Linda Courtier; his children, Michelle Milligan (Aaron), David Courtier Jr. and Daniel Courtier (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Brandon Warrick, Andrew Burdett, Alex Courtier, Lyric Milligan and Orion Milligan; his great grandchildren, Adrianna, Weston and Novelee; his brother Douglas Courtier (Christine); and his close friends, Gary L. Benefiel and Mel Barribeau. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
