He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Fouts and Minnie Francis Fouts (Reynolds); his spouse Louellen Crago; his daughters, Helen Fouts and Frances Crismore; and his sisters, Virgie Crews, Audry Crews, Evelyn Waldren and Mildred Cannon.
He is survived by: his children, Joe Fouts (Natalie) of Huntington, IN, Leroy Fouts (Angela) of Cromwell, IN and Janet Studebaker of Huntington, IN.; and his brothers, Jack, Melvin and Benjamin Fouts. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
