He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond J. Luley and Joan M. Luley (Laux). He is survived by: his wife Belinda A. Tobias (Davis); his children, Jennifer Warble (Thad) of Goshen, Heather Vogel (David) of Ossian, Lana Tobias (Mandy) of Pleasant Garden, NC and Jason Luley of Cromwell; and his siblings, Christine Luley of Fort Wayne, Mary Ann Barwiler (Kevin) of Fort Wayne, Kathleen Leiner of Huntington and Daniel Luley (Norene) of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
