He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Noah Alvin and Mary Gilmore Gilly (Gibson); his wife Karyn of Bluffton; his children, Larry Matthew Gilly (Hollie) of Bluffton, Tonya Claycomb (Matthew) of Pennville and Mindi Sprunger (Lance) of Berne; his grandchildren, Aidan, Micah, Hallie Gilly, Shelby Kipfer (Joe) of Bluffton, Tyler Claycomb of Warsaw, Noah Claycomb of Lynchburg, VA, Lathan Luginbill of Berne, Makenna Luginbill of Berne and Kit Sprunger of Berne; his great grandchildren, Arianna Jo and Clara Lynn Kipfer; and his sisters, Nadine Ray (Bill) of Dunkirk and Fay Horn (John) of Fuquay Varina, NC..

Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association or the Bluffton Optimist Club and may be sent to the funeral home.
