He is survived by: his parents, Roy Fultz and Ruth Ann Fultz (Bailey); his spouse Bettieanne Fultz (Small); his son Brandon Fultz (Ashley) of Marion; his sister Kimberly Enochs (Scott) of Marion; and his grandchildren, Ryder Fultz and Lydia Fultz. He is also survived by 4 step-daughters; 8 step-granddaughters; and 2 step-grandsons.
